We will have 6ft. and 8ft. tables in the hallway outside of the Gaming Room. If you host a Party Room you get a table FREE in the Promotional Hallway (depending on availability).
It is an unsecured area so any items must be picked up at the end of the day when the table is unattended. Otherwise, the person/company must get a table in the Dealers' Room.
The entrance to the dealers room is the door on the upper right of the dealer map, but the hallway is the entrance from the hotel rooms and poolside area where outside things will be happening. The Con Suite and Video Room will also be in Room 100 and 102 which are the first rooms out the door from the right on the map below. The Artist Alley / Gaming Room will be at the end of the hallway on the left below, so that hall will be very busy.
Electricity is available at no charge, but you must bring your own extension cord and/or power strip.

Note: There is a/c in the hallway, but there are windows looking out to the courtyard, so there will be a fan placed at both ends of the hallway to help with the air flow. Some type of shading will be placed on the windows to help reduce the heat factor. This seemed to work for the 2007 convention.
